Mark White yesterday received confirmation that MBM Fabrications Limited, of which he is a director, went into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 12 May 2011.

Save as disclosed above, and in accordance with AIM Rule 17, there is nothing further to disclose under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
