Sun 3C Media Plc announces global mobile distribution agreement with Fifty
Lessons, distributing content from the Harvard Business School Press book series


Sun 3C Media, Plc ("Sun 3C" or "the Company"), the integrated new media company
listed on AIM (AIM: SCCC), announced that it has entered into a global,
exclusive agreement to distribute content on mobile platforms for Fifty Lessons,
Ltd ("Fifty Lessons"), a leading provider of multimedia business learning
content and solutions. The company's first product will be a mobile learning
application developed from a 12-book series based on Fifty Lessons content and
published by Harvard Business School Press later this year. Sun 3C will develop,
publish, and distribute the application through its wholly owned subsidiary
Upstart Games.

Fifty Lessons has built a world-class digital library of multimedia business
learning content. This award-winning (IVCA Gold Award Winner 2005) content is
primarily video lessons from the world's most respected business leaders.
Already over 500 5-minute videos are available online and across multiple
digital platforms.

Fifty Lessons' content is ideally suited to mobile delivery and will form the
basis for launch of numerous mobile applications over the coming months. Sun 3C
plans to launch the Fifty Lessons application in the US in the third quarter of
2007, with subsequent product launches planned for late 2007 and 2008.


Sun 3C sign distribution agreement with Fifty Lessons for China


In addition to the global mobile rights, Sun 3C also signed an agreement to
distribute Fifty Lessons content online and across traditional media channels in
Mainland China. Both agreements are exclusive for one year, but automatically
renew based on the fulfilment of performance targets.

In China, Sun 3C plans to leverage the Fifty Lessons content library to expand
its mobile and online offerings in the business information space, targeting
young urban professionals. The company plans to release multiple products under
various brands, including the company's recently acquired newspaper, The China
Business Post.
