Sports Cafe, the owner and operator of the Sports Cafe chain of leading licensed
Sports Entertainment Venues, announces that Christopher Akers and Stephen Ross,
Non-executive Directors, have resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank both Chris and Stephen for their contribution
towards the business since 2001 and for their continued dedication to the
Company.
