Result of General Meeting and Trading Update

The Company is pleased to announce that, at this morning's shareholders meeting, the resolutions concerning matters relating to the Placing and Subscription announced on 4 November 2010 were duly passed. At the meeting the Chairman made the following statement:

"We remain encouraged with progress this year in all of our major markets. During this busy final quarter the Company has experienced some capacity issues at our manufacturing partner in North America which have served to restrict our ability to deliver on orders received. Management is addressing these issues and is confident that they will be resolved as soon as practicable. They are not expected to have a significant impact on North American sales in the current year.

"Although the final outturn for 2010 remains difficult to predict with certainty, even at this stage of the year, with a number of potential orders still subject to final confirmation, sales in North America are significantly ahead of the same period last year. South Africa is continuing to perform well and our European operations are also trading in line with our expectations. Trolley sales for this year will be significantly ahead of the 95,205 units sold in 2009."
