The Company was notified on 8 September 2010 that a director, Ashley Martin, no 
longer has a disclosable interest in 288,436 ordinary 2p shares in the Company 
following the finalisation of a divorce settlement. 
 
Following this transfer, Ashley Martin now has a direct holding in the Company 
of 380,292 shares and also has an indirect holding of 19,154 shares vested under 
the LTIP Scheme but not yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 
0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards 
over 1,058,795 shares under the LTIP scheme.
