William Ransom today will make the following statement at today's AGM regarding 
trading. 
 
"The Company continues to make progress in the implementation of the various 
initiatives highlighted in its preliminary announcement dated 15 September 2010. 
 
Notwithstanding the above, the trading outlook for the Company for the year 
remains challenging as UK consumer spending remains under pressure."
