SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION

Rambler Media Limited ("Rambler"), an integrated media company delivering
internet, mobile and television services to the global Russian-speaking
community has been notified on 1 March 2006 that Hazelbury Investments Limited
has reduced its shareholding in Rambler from 4.6% of the issued share capital to
3.94% of the issued share capital and now holds 589,600 shares.
