Relax Group, the debt advisory specialists, announces that the Board has decided 
to change its accounting reference date to December 31st with immediate effect. 
This means that the Company will produce audited results for the five months 
from July 31st 2008 to December 31st 2008 and annually thereafter. 
 
 
The Company anticipates that the next results announcement, for the five month
