("RiIG", the "Group" or the "Company")

AGM STATEMENT

The Board of RiIG, a leading provider of Claims Management and Consultancy Solutions to the UK Insurance Profession, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all the resolutions were approved.

At the meeting Executive Chairman John French said that the performance of the Company during the financial year to date was showing an improvement in trading relative to the same period in the previous year as a result of the benefits of new business gains during the recent months. Indications are that the main financial benefit will impact on the second half of the financial year.

The company will announce full details of the Half Year Results for the six months ended 30 September 2013 during November.
