Director Shareholdings

The Company was notified that on 4(th) December 2014 Mr Salvatore Diliberto, a director of the Company, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition, Mr Diliberto is interested in 19,658,672 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.4 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
