("ReEnergy" or the "Company") 
 
 
Release of Retention 
ReEnergy is pleased to announce that all warranty claims issued against the 
Company in respect of the sale of Estech Europe Limited to VT Environmental 
Engineering Limited ("VTEE") have been settled. 
 
 
The sum of GBP3,285 (plus accrued interest) was remitted to VTEE in full and 
final settlement of the warranty claims from the sum of GBP150,000 retained in 
escrow pending settlement of the warranty claims. Accordingly, on 13 January 
2009 ReEnergy received the sum of GBP148,208.35, being the balance of the 
retention plus accrued interest less account fees and bank transfer charges.
