    Annual Report and Accounts

    ReEnergy is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, for the 12 months ended 31 December 2007, have been
posted to shareholders today, and may also be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's website www.reenergygroup.com.

    In accordance with AIM Rule 18, ReEnergy's interim results, for the 6 months ended 30 June 2008 (the "Interim Results"), are required to
be released no later than 30 September 2008. As previously announced, the Company has failed to meet this deadline and, as a result, the
Company's shares will remain suspended pending publication of the Interim Results. However, the Company expects to release its Interim
Results in November 2008 / early December 2008, at which point it anticipates that the suspension of the Company's shares will be lifted.
