    ("ReEnergy" or the "Company")

    Notice of Results - Update

    Further to the announcement of 24 September 2008, ReEnergy announces that it is still in the process of finalising its Annual Report and
Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2007. The Company expects to post its Annual Report and Accounts to shareholders in early
November 2008.

    In accordance with AIM Rule 18, ReEnergy's interim results, for the 6 months ended 30 June 2008, are required to be released no later
than 30 September 2008. 

    However, the Company will only be in a position to release its Interim Results once the Annual Report and Accounts have been sent to
Shareholders. Accordingly, the Company expects to release its Interim Results in November 2008 / early December 2008. As a result, the
Company's shares will remain suspended pending publication of both the Annual Report and Accounts and the Interim Results.
