ReGen  Therapeutics  Plc  ("ReGen"  or  the  "Company"), (AIM:RGT) is pleased to 
announce that it has conditionally placed 8,333,333 new ordinary shares at 1.5p 
per ordinary share to raise  GBP125,000 before expenses for general working capital 
purposes. 
 
The  8,333,333 new ordinary  shares, which  will represent  10.6 per cent of the 
enlarged  issued  share  capital  of  the  Company  (in  aggregate  amounting to 
78,446,548 ordinary  shares on completion of the  placing), will rank pari passu 
in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the Company. 
 
Application  has been  made to  the London  Stock Exchange  for the new ordinary 
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to commence on 
or around Wednesday 29 September2010.
