                                Issue of Equity 
 
 
On 15 December 2009, the Company announced that it had raised GBP822,000, before 
expenses, by way of a placing of 27,400,000 new ordinary shares at 3 pence per 
share. Amstel Securities N.V. acted as financial advisor to the placing and 
pursuant to the engagement letter for the services provided is due 5,000,000 
ordinary shares in lieu of fees paid in cash. 
 
As a result application has been made for 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence 
each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on Wednesday 3 February 
2010. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary 
shares in the Company. 
 
Following the admission of the new ordinary shares, the Company's issued share 
capital will consist of 56,673,971 ordinary shares of 3 pence each, with voting 
rights. 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in Radicle, under the Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
