Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The board of Radiant Growth today announces that Daniel Stewart & Company Plc ("DSC") has given notice to terminate its role as the Company's nominated adviser and broker. DSC's resignation will become effective on 4 December 2014.

If a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by 4 December 2014, the Company's shares will be suspended pursuant to AIM Rule 1. If within one month of that suspension the Company has failed to appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's securities will be cancelled from AIM.
