TRANSFER FROM TREASURY

The Company announces that 970,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("Shares") were transferred out of treasury on 31 August 2011 to satisfy the exercise of employee share options.

Following the transfer there are 6,446,755 Shares held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in RAB Capital plc is 470,338,136, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RAB Capital plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
