Completion of Tender Offer and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that further to its announcement dated 5 August 2013, the Company has now repurchased the 573,112 Ordinary Shares validly tendered under the Tender Offer (the "Tendered Shares") from N+1 Singer in accordance with the terms of the Repurchase Agreement entered into between the Company and N+1 Singer on 12 July 2013.

The Tendered Shares will initially be held in treasury by the Company, therefore reducing the Company's total voting rights to 3,988,651. This figure of 3,988,651 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as in the circular to Shareholders dated 12 July 2013 except where otherwise indicated.
