Resignation of Director

Andrew Holmes resigned as a Director of the Company on 2 June 2008. Andrew was
a co-founder of the management group, Quester which was acquired by SPARK
Ventures plc in May 2007. The Directors of the Company would like to thank
Andrew for his contribution and commitment to the Company since its
establishment in 1995.
