The Company received notification on 13 November 2006 that, following an
acquisition on 8 November 2006 of 238,444 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40.5p, Strathclyde Pension Fund now
holds 940,315 Ordinary Shares, being 3.25% of the current issued share capital
of PRG.



These Ordinary Shares are registered as Nortrust Nominees Limited and are
managed by Gartmore Investment Management.
