Parity Group plc (AIM: PTY), the data and technology focused recruitment and professional services company, announces that it will today be posting to the Company's shareholders its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, which includes a Notice of Meeting and accompanying Form of Proxy for the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 12.00 p.m. on 15 June 2023.

The Company is pleased to announce that Mark Braund, Executive Chairman, and Mike Johns, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the AGM proceedings via the Investor Meet Company platform on 15th June 2023 at 12:00 p.m.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9 a.m. the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
