Polo Resources (AIM: PRL), announces that yesterday it posted to shareholders 
the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2009, 
together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM is to be 
held at the offices of Herbert Smith LLP, 66 Avenue Marceau, 75008, Paris, 
France, on 18 November 2009 at 3.00 p.m. local time (2.00 p.m. GMT).
