                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
                                        & 
                  Cancellation of Admission to trading on AIM 
 
Plant Offshore announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier 
today the resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission to trading on 
AIM of its Ordinary Shares, as set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 
13 April 2010, was duly passed by shareholders. 
 
Accordingly, the last day of trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares of the 
Company will be 14 May 2010 and the Delisting will become effective at 7.00 am 
on 17 May 2010. 
 
Cho Nam Sang, Mohammed Sohail Bhatti and Goh Chin Yong (all Non-Executive 
Directors of the Company) will each resign from the board of Plant Offshore with 
effect from 17 May 2010. 
 
Defined terms in this announcement bear the same meanings as those defined in 
the Circular posted to shareholders on 13 April 2010.
