Board Appointment 
 
 
The Board of Playgolf (Holdings) plc (AIM: PLG), the developer and operator of 
multi-sport facilities in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr 
Hitesh Gadhia (aged 46) as Finance Director with immediate effect. 
 
 
Hitesh, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990, has served as Company 
Secretary to a number of companies specialising particularly in company 
restructuring and financial and management reporting procedures. Since 2004, 
Hitesh has been a designated member of The Leaman Partnership LLP where he was 
responsible for a number of client company reconstructions. 
 
He currently 
has no equity position in the Company.
