Notice of EGM 
 
 
 
 
Pursuant to their obligations under Section 40 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 
1983, the Directors have resolved to convene an EGM of the Company to be held at 
the offices of Matheson Ormsby Prentice Solicitors, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, 
Dublin 2 on 10 February 2010 at 11am. 
 
 
Notice of the EGM has been posted to shareholders today and is available on the 
Company's website www.payzoneplc.com. 
 
 
 
Further to the announcement issued by the Company on 19 November 2009, the 
Company continues to be in constructive discussions with its finance providers 
as part of its review of the options to establish a more appropriate long term 
capital structure. Any such new capital structure will likely result in no value 
for existing shareholders.
