Completion of disposal of mobile top-up businesses in Germany, Poland and the

Further to the announcement made this morning, the Board of Payzone is pleased 
to confirm that the Company has completed the sale of its mobile top-up 
businesses in Germany, Poland and The Netherlands. 
 
 
The businesses have been sold to Quam Equity International GmbH, the owner of
