The Board of Proactive Sports Group Plc (the "Company") was notified today that
John Lawrence purchased, on the 19 February 2003, 600,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 3.25 pence per share.

Following this purchases, John Lawrence has a beneficial interest in 685,000
ordinary shares, which represents 0.66 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
