Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Wehinger Kaelin Ferrari ag, Riesbachstrasse 52, CH-8008 Zurich, Switzerland on 3(rd) July 2012 at 11:00 A.M. A number of resolutions will be put to shareholders.

Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 ('Annual Report and Accounts'), Notice of AGM and Proxy Form have been posted to Shareholders.

The company is active in all principal sub-sectors of the Bulgarian real estate and leisure markets and currently holds three residential and six commercial property developments in Sofia and Varna. Its principal investment is the Grand Mall in Varna, a leading shopping mall in Bulgaria.
