      Recommended proposal for the acquisition of NeutraHealth plc by Elder 
     International FZCO ("Elder") to be implemented by means of a scheme of 
                                  arrangement 
                            Result of Scheme Hearing 
Further to the announcement on 25 October 2010, Neutrahealth is pleased to 
announce that today, at the Scheme Hearing, the Court sanctioned the Scheme and 
the Scheme Order made at the Scheme Hearing will be delivered to the Registrar 
of Companies in England and Wales as soon as possible following the Reduction 
Hearing to be held on 15 November 2010. 
Accordingly, the listing and dealings in Neutrahealth Shares will be suspended 
with effect from 7:30. a.m. on 15 November 2010. 
The Reduction Hearing will take place on 15 November 2010 at which the Court 
will consider and, if though fit, make the Reduction Order to confirm the 
reduction of the share capital of the Company. 
If the Reduction Order is made then the Effective Date of the Scheme will be 16 
November 2010 and the cancellation of listing and dealings in Neutrahealth 
Shares will take effect from 07:00 a.m. on 16 November. 
Terms defined in the Scheme Document have the same meaning in this announcement, 
save where the context otherwise requires.
