Network Technology PLC is today publishing an Interim Management Statement for 
the period 1 October 2009 to 16 February 2010, providing an update on trading 
since the half yearly report for the six months ended 30 September 2009 which 
was released on 30 November 2009. 
Trading update 
As outlined in the half yearly report for the six months ended 30 September 
2009, sales for the period under review show an improvement over the comparative 
period last year.  We anticipate that we will report significantly higher sales 
for the full financial year to 31 March 2010 than for the previous year mainly 
due to improved sales our flagship FollowMe(r) printing system and our LED 
Lighting products. 
The Directors report that there have been no other material events or 
transactions that have impacted the financial position of the company or 
undertakings under its control during the period under review.
