                                 Change of ISIN

Natsun, (AIM:"NTS"), the integrated and profitable worsted fabric and garment 
producer which floated on AIM in December 2007, announces that the international 
securities identification number ("ISIN") of its ordinary shares of 62.5 pence 
has been changed with immediate effect to HK0000042116.

The new ISIN replaces that set out in the Company's Admission document published 
on 19 December 2007.
