Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that
it was notified on 17 June 2022 that Andrew Milne, PDMR and Group
Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1,688 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 June 2022, at a price
of 1,184 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, Andrew Milnes's interest
in the Company is 15,598 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.043% of
the issued share capital.
