Board Appointment 
 
 
Newfound N.V. (AIM: NFND) announces that Steve Robson, 53, has joined the Board 
of the Company as Managing Director with immediate effect. Mr. Robson will be an 
executive director of the Board. 
 
 
Mr. Robson has extensive experience within the property industry having worked 
for Macquarie's Real Estate Structured Finance operation in Manchester in 
2007-2008. Mr. Robson also worked between 1998-2007 with Singer & Friedlander as 
an Executive Director with overall responsibility for and management of the 
Manchester Office and the property loan book in particular. Elsewhere Mr. Robson 
has worked in property finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland and at Hypo Bank. 
 
 
He is currently self -employed and works as a property finance consultant 
providing advice on a range of real estate issues including debt and equity 
funding, financial modelling and loan documentation. He is also a Non-executive 
director of Williams Tarr Holdings, a privately owned and long established 
construction and property development company and a director of pi-FRAME Ltd, a 
software company specialising in property sector financial risk assessment 
applications. 
 
 
John Morgan, Acting Chairman of Newfound NV, commented today:

expertise in and knowledge of the property finance market will be crucial for 
Newfound as we continue to investigate our funding options to drive forward our
