    Board Change

    Newfound N.V. (AIM: NFND) announces that Jeremy White, Non-executive Chairman, has resigned from the board with immediate effect. His
shareholdings in the Company are unaffected and existing restrictions on the disposal of shares remain in effect. 

    An announcement regarding the appointment of a new Non-executive Chairman will be made shortly. In the interim period John Morgan, the
senior Non-executive Director of the Company, will chair the Board. 

    The Board of Newfound would like to thank Mr. White for his work for the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
