                        Result of Annual General Meeting



Network Data, the provider of intermediary services to the mortgage and property
industries, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
earlier today all resolutions were passed by its shareholders.



A final dividend of 0.35p per share will be paid on 9 May 2008 to all
shareholders on the register on 2 May 2008.
