Network Data announces that on 29 November 2007, it was informed that Ivan
Elliott, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each in Network Data ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 November at 27.5p each.

Following the purchase, Ivan Elliott is interested in 138,500 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.49 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Group.
