                              Exercise of Options



Network Data today announces that it has issued and allotted 540 Ordinary shares
of 10 pence each (the 'Shares'), pursuant to an exercise of options (the '
Exercise of Options'). The Exercise of Options represents less than 0.01% of the
new issued share capital of the Company.



The Shares were issued on 27 November 2007. An application for admission of the
Shares to trading on AIM has been submitted and trading is expected to commence
on 4 December 2007.



The total number of shares in issue following the Exercise of Options is
28,267,650.
