                              Exercise of Options

Network Data today announces that it has issued and allotted 16,055 Ordinary
shares of 10 pence each (the 'Shares'), pursuant to an exercise of options (the
'Exercise of Options'). The Exercise of Options represents 0.06% of the new
issued share capital of the Company.

The Shares were issued on 30 October 2007. An application for admission of the
Shares to trading on AIM has been submitted and trading is expected to commence
on 6 November 2007.

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares detailed above, and in conformity
with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Board of Network
Data notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital consists of
28,267,110 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights.

The above figure of 28,267,110 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules
