Company would like to notify the market of the following:


Noble VCT plc's capital consists of 30,921,787 'A' ordinary shares with voting
rights. The Company does not hold any 'A' shares in Treasury.


Therefore the total number of voting rights in Noble VCT plc is 30,921,787.


The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Noble VCT plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
