Notice of Annual General Meeting

Naibu Global International Company Plc(AIM:NBU), a leading Chinese manufacturer and supplier of branded sportswear, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 were postedtoday to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, a form of proxy, and information relating to the scrip dividend. An electronic copy of the Naibu Report and Accounts 2013, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and also the form of proxy as a separate document, are available from the Company's investor relations website at www.naibu.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20. The scrip dividend documentation is also available to view on the Company's website in the new "Dividends" section of the investor relations page.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Monday 30 June 2014 at the offices of Daniel Stewart & Company Plc at Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD.
