Director Dealings

Following the exercise of options by directors of the Company under the Unapproved, EMI and LTIP share schemes, the following new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company have been issued to directors:

 
 Richard Madden, Non-Executive     100,000 ordinary shares

 Geoff Wicks, Chief Executive      316,826 ordinary shares 
  Officer 
 Raj Nagevadia, Finance Director   271,698 ordinary shares 
 

These shares remain subject to the terms of the irrevocable undertakings entered into by each of the directors with Newton Bidco Limited on 23 September 2011, and as detailed in the document sent to shareholders on 12 October 2011.

The Company has also received notification that Geoffrey Wicks has gifted 2,020 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife. These shares remain subject to the terms of the irrevocable undertaking entered into with Newton Bidco Limited on 23 September 2011, and as detailed in the document sent to shareholders on 12 October 2011.

In addition, the Company has also received notification that Raj Nagevadia has transferred the beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares to his wife. These shares remain subject to the terms of the irrevocable undertaking entered into with Newton Bidco Limited on 23 September 2011, and as detailed in the document sent to shareholders on 12 October 2011.
