the Board of Directors of the Company, that on 21 March 2024, he
purchased 13,000 common shares in the Company of US$0.025 each
("Common Shares"), at a price of £0.50 per Common Share. Following
this transaction, Mr. Lamb holds 311,175 Common Shares representing
1.35 per cent of the total issued capital of the
Company.
