    The Board of Myhome announces that, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they
received formal notification on 9 July 2008 that following the acquisition of 500,000 ordinary shares Starvest plc had a notifiable interest
in 3,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company as at 9 July 2008. This represents 5.98% of the current voting rights of the Company.

    The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
