The Directors of Morant Wright Japan Income Trust Limited have declared that a 
final income dividend will be payable by the Company in respect of the period to 
30 November 2010, with the following details: 
 
            Ex Date                        8 December 2010 
            Record Date                 10 December 2010 
            Pay Date                      14 December 2010 
            Dividend per Share        1.50 pence (Sterling) 
 
This dividend incorporates all retained income from prior periods not previously 
distributed in addition to all income earned during the current year to 30 
November 2010, including the fifth income interest payment from the currency 
swap, which was repaid in full on 30 November 2010. All estimated liquidation 
costs have been accounted for when determining the level of income available for
