Murgitroyd Group PLC announces that Paolo Pacitti has, with the full agreement
of the Board, commenced a year's sabbatical today and, as such, has resigned his
directorships with both the Company and its operating subsidiary, Murgitroyd &
Company Limited, with immediate effect.
