    The Company was today informed that Mr S Rankin, a director of the Company, yesterday acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 125p per Ordinary Share.

    Following the purchase Mr Rankin is now interested in 7,833,082 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 50.7% of the Company's
issued share capital and 50.6% of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights after allowing for shares held in treasury.
