The Board of Directors of Motivideo Systems, Inc. reported on July 31, 2014,
that it had sought and received a reporting extension from the GXG for its 2013
audited financials. The auditing firm is working with our newly engaged
accountant and has requested of us several more weeks to complete their work.
As was reported in July the new firm had to audit the company from inception in
2010 due to our previous auditor's discontinuance of practice. We have been in
close communication with the management of the GXG which fully understands the
circumstances that have caused these delays. As such the exchange has granted
this additional extension as well as an extension of the semi annual report
which relies on the completion of the annual audit. The Company will post the
financials as soon as they are available.
