MOTO GOLDMINES LIMITED ISSUES MANAGEMENT INFORMATION CIRCULAR FOR SPECIAL 
MEETING OF REGISTERED HOLDERS 
 
 
PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA - Moto Goldmines Limited ("Moto") announces that a 
special meeting of the registered holders ("Moto Shareholders") of the issued 
and outstanding common shares ("Moto Shares") of Moto and the holders of 
outstanding options ("Moto Optionholders") to acquire Moto shares will be held 
at the Hour Seasons Hotel, 791 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, 
Canada on July 30, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. (Pacific time). The Management Information 
Circular prepared by Moto and released to the Moto Shareholders and Moto 
Optionholders provides full text of the special resolution which is to be 
considered and details of the proposed arrangement with Red Back Mining Inc 
("Red Back"). 
 
 The Record Date for Moto Shareholders and Moto Optionholders entitled to 
receive notice of and vote at the special meeting is June 30, 2009. Moto also 
confirms that it is the intent of Red Back to have the trading of Moto Shares on 
both the TSX and on AIM cancelled in the event it is successful in acquiring 
100% of the Moto Shares. 
 
 
Moto confirms that it has lodged the Management Information Circular, together 
with a Notice of Meeting, a Form of Proxy and a Letter of Transmittal under the 
Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at 
www.motogoldmines.com.
