Brook Land, the non-executive chairman of Medal Entertainment & Media PLC
("Medal"), purchased yesterday 26th April 2007, 25,000 ordinary 10p shares in
Medal ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43 pence per share. Mr. Land's
beneficial interest in Medal is now 110,714 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.73%
of the issued share capital of the Company.

Christopher G. Stainforth, a non-executive director of Medal, purchased
yesterday 26th April 2007, 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 41 pence per
share. Mr. Stainforth's beneficial interest in Medal is now 135,726 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.
