                              Director's shareholding


The Company has been notified today that Steve Ayres, Chief Executive of the
Company, has transferred 130,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a holding in his own name to a holding
in his personal pension fund at a price of 57 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr Ayres' total interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged
at 425,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.83 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
